Amino acids are found in protein that help repair muscles tissue are intense workouts and helps muscle growth.
Whole grain foods such as oatmeal are slow to digest which boosts the metabolism. These types of foods help by making you feel full longer and keep blood sugars on a balanced level. When blood sugars remain at a good level, there isn’t an excess of insulin in your bloodstream. If you have high levels of insulin in your blood you can have high blood pressure, belly fat, and obesity. Also you should substitute white bread and rice with whole grain bread or rice because they contain more nutrients which is much healthier for you. Fish such as, salmon, tuna and sardines are excellent for your overall health because they have a fantastic source of Omega-3 fatty acids. They are also great for boosting your metabolism. The level of the hormone leptin will drop when you eat fish. For those of you who don’t like fish, there is an alternative of taking fish oil supplements to give you a similar result.
Remember that adding some physical activity or exercise in your daily routing will also boost your metabolism. Exercise will also help you burn calories and is important for any wight loss attempt. Eating is what keeps your metabolism working so don’t starve yourself in whatever diet you choose.
