Is there a FDA recommendation for daily riboflavin intake? Elizabeth Tilar, MS gave the following answer:

One gram of soy protein contains approximately 2.4 mg of riboflavins, 2 .5 grams of soy protein contains approximately 60-75 mg. of riboflavins.”
