  1. I highly recommend this workout. I did this and lost about 40 lbs. It took me about 3 months to do it but it definitely worked. I stopped for a little while and now I’m gonna get back into it.

  2. Hey i watched another one of your videos just like this one and i didnt understand the whole workout exactly. can u pleas tell me what to do on the treadmill for 30 min, you sais start at 3.5 (depending on height) and every minute build up by 0.1, is that what i should do for the whole 30min or what?

usualy i just run at 12kmh for 1min then walk at 6kmh for 1min and repeat that cycle for 30min but thats not getting that extra bit of fat off my lower body. and its not increasing heart rate.

  3. what do you suggest you do for a treamill interval workout for someone whos height is 5 foot 11

  4. I wonder how fast he can run:) my running program is better; a 10 minute warm up followed by a 15 minute tempo runs and then 15 minutes worth of intervals between 30-40 seconds sprints with 15 seconds recovery walk ^_^.

  5. Thanks so so much for this. I didn’t have a recumbent exercise bike at home or elliptical but do have a treadmill! This is great to do first thing in the morning. It is too hot and humid in Houston to run so I love this! Thanks for telling us how to do the interval on a treadmill! I am only 4’10″ so my numbers are different. Been doing this before for a week but this will help me tweak it for good. Need to keep of the over 40 lbs lost the healthy way! Thanks again! Laura Beth

  6. You don’t need to exercise to lose fat ! Eating fewer calories is FAR more efficient for fat loss. Exercise is good for all the other reasons, though.

  7. You said ” heigth” at least 3 times. It’s pronounced as it is spelled.Height….not heigth.

  8. 60 sec (power walk)+30 sec (light jog)+15 sec (high knee) =105 sec. NOT 90 sec.

I’m not being a smart ass, am I missing something?

anyway, thanks for the video, I will try this interval cardio during my 2 weeks in Vancouver

  9. you don’t need to wear any sauna suit my friend. key points for fat loss: cardio and diet (correct food to eat). of course, you need discipline and dedication.

  10. i have a question..
when u do this work out do u need to use a sauna suit??? so u can urn more fat or just wear a normal shirt???

  11. I Wonder if ‘INTERVAL CARDIO’ can be done on a daily basis or is that it NEEDS to be done twice or thrice, weekly? Kindly Guide!!
